EU Shipping Update ( Ship at port!)

Hello EU Backers,
The shipment of Pocket Paragons Round 2 and Space Lion: Divide and Conquer has docked in the EU. This week we will be getting the items off the boat, through customs, and to Gamesquest to forfill you games. We will update again once they are at Gamesquest. Once they are, you will have them very shortly. Thank you again for your extreme patience on this. We are so excited to finally get these games into your hands!

Hello backers,
We have a new EU Partner. GamesQuest! Gamesquest will be receiving and furfilling your orders. They will also be furfilling all future Solis Game Studio Games in the future. We are very happy to have them on board! The games are currently out at sea. When we have a docking day, we will post again and of course you can ask any questions here. In the meantime, here are some Gamequest resources.

This KS page is still the best place for info on your games. Once the games arrive at their warehouse, you can contact the source at Gamesquest for domestic shipping when we get to that step. International Shipping Update

Domestic
All orders complete!
AU/ASIA
All orders are enroute or delivered! Some destinations will take far longer than others. You should have received a tracking number in your email. Please remember to check your spam filters!
Tracking maybe UPS / USPS / DHL / etc. depending on your region.
EU/UK
Unfortunately, we have made a mistake. We thought we could ship them from the US and cover your customs charges as opposed to shipping an entire container to EU/UK (Since the total order amount was low). As it turns out, we are NOT allowed to pay your customs even if we wanted to when we air ship from the USA. Now, we’ve contracted with a new fulfillment provider to ship the games to a UK/EU Warehouse by sea and then fulfill them from there. I understand these kinds of delays are annoying, but we always want to ensure you do not have to pay customs or additional fees. We ask you for your patience as the games make their way towards you. They WILL make it to you! Thank you for understanding.
